Melynda's passion for home improvement has resulted in the renovation of numerous Ithaca homes ranging from a co-op apartment in College Town to a commercial building in downtown Ithaca, to a tiny cottage in Treman Park.
Through this work, she's become adept at finding and retaining skilled contractors and laborers who act as a pool of vetted resources for sellers who work with Clear Path Finders LLC to prepare their homes for sale.

As an educator by trade, Enrique's patience, natural curiosity, and preference for organization and order are perfect complements to his role as Estate Processing and Tangible Property Evaluator for Clear Path Finders LLC.
A 12-year veteran seller on eBay and other online venues, Enrique has a breadth of experience in vintage, antique, and modern furniture, art, and other household items. Enrique subscribes to industry-standard antique and vintage evaluation/education websites and participates in open discussion forums with experts and enthusiasts, both locally and countrywide.
Clients who work with Enrique to downsize their personal and tangible property find comfort and assurance in his compassionate nature and diligent work ethic.
