How much does it cost?

There are a range of fee structures associated with our work depending on which services you utilize. Some costs are set fees like Dump and Donation Runs, some are hourly fees that start at $50/hour and scale up depending on the type of work. We will always give a written estimate before beginning any work.

No worries, they are likely our friends. We are happy to work with you and your Realtor as part of the team and we will adhere to our strict company policies of confidentiality and non-competition with our fellow Realtors and seller’s agents when working in the capacity of Clear Path Finders.

We'll give you an honest opinion of value based on experience and research, and help facilitate the liquidation of those assets. In other words, HELP YOU FIND THE MONEY!
